Prepare For Your Glitz & Glam Clean

We want to provide the best possible experience for you. A little preparation helps our team deliver that signature sparkle to your Mesa home without spending your appointment time moving clutter.

Quick Reminder

You do not need to clean before the cleaners.

Our job is to handle the dust, grime, floors, bathrooms, counters, and detail work. Prep simply gives us clear access to the spaces you want refreshed.

Before We Arrive

These small steps help us focus on cleaning, not sorting, searching, or waiting for access.

Declutter Surfaces

To help us clean as much as possible, please pick up toys, clothes, paperwork, and small personal items from floors, counters, and tabletops.

Secure Your Pets

We love pets, but for their safety and our efficiency, please secure them in a crate or a room we will not be cleaning. Our crew does not clean pet urine or feces.

Entry Instructions

Please provide a key, door code, gate code, parking note, alarm instructions, or make sure someone is home at your scheduled time.

Communicate Needs

If there are specific rooms, delicate items, sensitive surfaces, or priority areas you want us to avoid or focus on, let us know before we begin.

24-hour cancellation notice: please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payment is due at the time of service unless another arrangement has been confirmed.

If we cannot gain entry at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

For team safety, we do not move heavy furniture or clean biohazardous materials.
