Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to making things right when an eligible service concern is reported within 24 hours.
Core Policy
If you are dissatisfied with an eligible cleaning item, contact us within 24 hours so we can review and schedule the appropriate re-clean support.
A clear process keeps the guarantee fair, fast, and focused on the areas included in your booked service.
Reach out as soon as possible after your cleaning and tell us which area or checklist item needs attention.
We compare your concern with the booked service, condition notes, and any estimate guidance provided before the appointment.
When eligible, we return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost within the limits of the re-clean policy.
Re-cleaning time is limited to 1 maid for 1 hour or 2 maids for 30 minutes.
All accounts must be paid in full before additional services or re-cleans are scheduled.
Policy Exceptions
Our promise is designed for missed service items within the agreed cleaning scope. Some home conditions, declined service time, or restorative needs fall outside the re-clean guarantee.
Complaints may be denied if the customer was notified that the initial estimate was insufficient to service the home properly and declined additional time.
If a home contains a large amount of trash, clutter, or more than 6 items in any given space, we will not move those items to clean underneath.
We are not a restorative cleaning company. We cannot be held accountable for old or aging fixtures, fading shower pans, or otherwise unmaintained areas.
No Refunds Policy
AZ Glitz & Glam is unable to perform refunds of any kind. Our promise is to return and remedy eligible issues through our re-clean policy to help ensure you are happy with the results.
