Cancellation Policy

To maintain our schedule and provide fair service to all clients, we enforce the following cancellation and notice requirements.

Appointments cannot be canceled through cleaning employees. To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone, text, or email so the schedule can be updated properly.

Cancellation Notice Tiers

Earlier notice gives us the best chance to offer the appointment to another client and avoid fees.

No Charge

72+ Hours Notice

No charge. We appreciate the early notice so we can fill the appointment time slot.

$50 Fee

48 Hours Notice

A $50 administrative fee will apply to your account.

Full Billing

24 Hours or Less

You will be billed for your regular service pricing. This also applies to lockouts or inability to access the property.

These details protect your appointment time and help us keep the day fair for clients and staff.

Email The Office

The 24-hour fee applies if you call after business hours, after 5pm Monday-Friday, to cancel a next-day appointment.

If our staff is dispatched and unable to clean for any reason, such as a locked door or active construction, full billing applies. No exceptions.

Our team will wait for 15 minutes after notification if unable to gain access before departing.
