Booking Requirement
A card on file is required to proceed with any booking. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Pricing
Every home has different square footage, conditions, clutter levels, frequency, and service needs. These terms keep pricing fair and realistic.
AZ Glitz & Glam bases pricing per client, per condition, and per frequency. All issued quotes are valid for a 30-day period.
Skipped cleans may incur an additional fee depending on the extent of the home.
Any service that extends beyond a 6-week rotation will require a deep clean before recurring pricing is continued.
We reserve the right to increase pricing after cleanings have been performed for a period of time if your space consistently takes longer to clean than the estimated amount of time. You will be notified of any increases by email.
Payment for cleaning is due in full at the time of service.
All payments are processed by the next business morning if invoices are left open from prior days of service.
Actual price payable is an estimate based upon a cleanable square foot average.
If your home is deeply soiled and requires more time, the cleaners will service the home in order of importance up to the hours scheduled.
If your home exceeds the initial estimate, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase additional time to complete the home.
Any price estimates are based on AZ Glitz & Glam's prior experience, inspection, and information provided by the customer.
Service Clarity
If the condition of the home requires more work than the estimate allows, we prioritize the most important areas first and offer options for additional time.
For homes needing more time than scheduled, cleaners service areas in order of importance up to the hours booked.
Service gaps longer than 6 weeks require a deep clean before recurring pricing continues.
If you wish to tip our staff, you may do so by cash or through your payment method by noting an additional tip. All tips go directly to the associate who cleaned your property. Tipping is not necessary but is greatly appreciated.
